No, LLQP registrations are non-refundable. This is because each registration involves immediate, non-recoverable costs to SeeWhy Learning at the time of enrollment. We encourage all students to ensure they are ready to begin the program before completing their registration.

The LLQP program consists of the following five modules:

• Life Insurance
• Accident and Sickness Insurance
• Segregated Funds and Annuities
• Ethics and Professional Practice (Common Law)
• Ethics and Professional Practice (Civil Code)

Depending on your licensing needs and province, you will take the relevant module combination. You must achieve at least 60% on each online, proctored certification exam. Once you pass all required exams, SeeWhy Learning will certify you.

Example:

To be certified for LLQP (Common Law), you must pass:

• Life Insurance exam
• Accident and Sickness Insurance exam
• Segregated Funds and Annuities exam
• Ethics and Professional Practice (Common Law) exam

CIPR is a national registry for individuals entering the insurance industry. You must:

• Create a CIPR profile
• Provide your CIPR number when registering for your LLQP course
• Ensure your legal name on your CIPR profile is accurate

Once you pass all certification exams, SeeWhy will update your CIPR profile so you can proceed with your provincial licensing exams.

• You will receive your exam results (pass/fail) immediately in your RapidLMS account.
• Note: You will not receive an email with the results.
• If the video footage or your ID is flagged for further review, a support agent will review it on the next business day.
• You will be contacted by email if additional information is required or if potential misconduct has been identified.
• Once you have passed and cleared any review, a digital badge will appear in your account.

You should contact RapidLMS for support with technical issues related to:

• Accessing your RapidLMS account
• Certification exams
• CIPR registration and certification
• Learner verification

Once you have completed all required certification exams associated with your registration, our team will review and approve your exam footage. After approval, we will certify you in the CIPR database.

You will then receive an email from RapidLMS outlining the next steps. This email will include:

• Your CIPR number
• A list of provincial regulators you may need to contact
• Additional details relevant to your program

In most cases, the regulators are updated immediately, and you may proceed directly to your provincial exams. The only exception is Durham College, where processing may occasionally be delayed.

Please note: Once you are certified, it is your responsibility to book and complete your provincial exams using the information provided in the email. If you have questions or issues regarding the provincial exams, you will typically need to contact your provincial regulator directly.

Once you pass your final modular exam, your certification is valid on CIPR for one year.

This gives you one year to complete your provincial licensing exams. Be sure to check specific deadlines with your provincial regulator.

You will be provided with a tablet during your LLQP provincial exam.
