Write Within Subscription Period

You write your exam or exams within your six-month SeeWhy Learning subscription period.

Refund If Failing Three Attempts

If you do not pass within three attempts and are locked out for six months, submit the Money Back Guarantee form on our website within five days of your final exam attempt.

When you request a refund you are essentially returning the product; doing so means that you must stop using the tools. Accessing the tools after you have submitted a refund request voids the guarantee.

If your package includes a printed course manual, the upgrade cost of the printed manual and shipping and handling are not covered by the money back guarantee. If your refund request is approved, the upgrade cost of the printed course manual, plus S&H, plus tax will be deducted from your order payment refund.

Your exam transcript is available in your student access at the course/exam provider, usually within 3 days.
