All our available exam preparation study tools are listed on our main website page located at www.SeeWhyLearning.com and across the top of the pages on all our websites. We do not have any exam preparation study tools that are not listed. For example, we do not have study tools for: AFP®, IMT®, PMT®, FPE1/2®, or FP1/2® course studies that are not from CSI®. If you do not see it listed then we do not have study tools for it.
Your SeeWhy Learning study tools subscription is online and designed for self-study. The SeeWhy Learning Study Tools are designed to simplify, in an easier to understand format, your course/exam provider's textbook (course material). We provide 1-on-1 telephone tutoring for the Mutual Funds and CSC® courses, which can be purchased from within your SeeWhy Learning student account. We only support our own study material and not your course provider or other sources of information on the course you are studying (example: another training company or government document). All the SeeWhy study tools (study materials) are online, with the exception of the optional purchase of a printed version of the Study Guide. The SeeWhy Learning Study Guide is a concise summary, in an easier to understand format, of the course provider’s textbook. We do not provide classroom instruction. You can request, by using our support request form, for one of our trainers to clarify or further explain a question or answer. Use our Support page to submit your detailed request. This request MUST include the course name (example: IFC), question ID number (example: 2-105); and whether it is a Flash Card, Quiz, or Practice exam question. We only support our own study material and not your course provider or other sources of information on the course you are studying (example: another training company or government document). All on-line course material can be viewed on any device. While Smartphones/iPhones can be used but they are not recommended. Your best learning experience would be using a desktop, laptop, or larger screen tablet.
Your student centre login email is generated automatically when you place your order. The login email may take 15-20 minutes depending on server load at the time of your order. If you have received your payment confirmation email, but not the login email, then please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder in your email account as our login emails sometimes end up there – we don’t know why. If using Hotmail then it is probably in the Junk Mail. Still can’t find it? Use the form to the right of this page and request a copy of your login information. SPECIAL NOTE: If you are a returning student and had a previous login (username and password) then you will NOT receive a login email as you already have your username and password.
No – simple answer. The technology and security we use to present these interactive learning modules to you are locked so that they cannot be printed or copied.
Support is provided in regards to our learning system, but we do not provide technical support for your device (desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device). We recommend using a desktop, laptop, or large screen tablet (Windows, Mac/Apple, Android) and while we do suggest using the Google Chrome browser for best experience, any browser can be used (Chrome, Explorer, Edge, FireFox, Opera, Safari, etc.)
Yes, completely! We are Canadian owned and based in Milton, Ontario. We are not a US or foreign company selling Canadian courses. All our highly professional full-time trainers, course writers, and support, are located here in Canada. SeeWhy Financial Learning Inc is an independent full-time business, not related to, or a division of, any other company. Our only business is providing exam preparation study tools for the Canadian financial services and Ontario real estate.

Many do not believe that we actually offer a money back guarantee if they do not pass their regulatory exam – and with such basic conditions. While we do refund payments, it is a rare occurrence because the vast majority of our students pass their exams. We have a knack for making licensing courses easy to understand. Like any business, we do not want to return money paid for our study tools and you, as a student, do not want to have to request it – you want to pass your exam, and so do we.
